Founded in Vilnius in 2006 with a single Boeing 737 simulator, BAA Training began it's quest to meet all aviation training needs.
In the early years, we steadily expanded our capabilities – adding new simulators, expanding aircraft fleet, and launching our first cadet programs.
Our first international expansion marked a pivotal shift, with the opening of a flight base in Lleida-Alguaire, Spain and a training center in Vietnam, transforming from a local academy into a cross-border training provider.
BAA Training gradually evolved into a global training network, driven by continuous reinvestment, strategic partnerships, and the ambition to bring airline-standard training closer to where future pilots are.
