BAA Training Is the First ATO to Launch Pilot Peer Support Program

Highlights: BAA Training is the first ATO to introduce a Pilot Peer Support Program (PPSP) to improve pilots’‎ psychological well-being. The program complying with the highest standards set out by EASA has been approved by the Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) of Malta. Developed in cooperation with Avia Solutions Group’s‎ airlines, Avion Express and KlasJet, the program primarily aims to assist their pilots with expert peer support in times of need.
