BAA Training, headquarted in Vilnius, Lithuania, is one of the TOP 3 biggest independent aviation training centres in Europe building your professional future globally.

Certified as an Approved Training Organization (ATO), BAA Training offers Fixed or Rotary wing Ab Initio, Type Rating, Cabin Crew, Ground Handling, Flight Dispatcher training solutions including online training courses and prepares approximately 1,000 aviation professionals yearly. BAA Training clients come from 96 countries

Ab Initio school with its flight bases in Lithuania and Spain and the fleet of 18 aircraft has over 250 students. Currently, BAA Training operates 4 full flight simulators at its headquarters, and is planning to add 2 more in 2019. All in all, through the extensive network of 110 FFS in 40 locations, BAA Training is ready to provide aviation training worldwide for more than 15 aircraft types.

In 2016 BAA Training launched Cadet Pilot programs with leading airlines in Turkey, Hungary, Iceland, Laos, Latvia, Lithuania and Vietnam. In 2019 the company has launched MPL training program with Avion Express.

BAA Training expansion to Asia

To secure the region with flight crew training solutions BAA Training Vietnam is to open a brand new modern training centre in autumn of 2019. Starting operations with its first Airbus A320 full flight simulator, the training centre is going to acquire 3 more full flight simulators of Boeing and Airbus aircraft family later.

In 2018 BAA Training signed a Memorandum of Understanding with Henan Civil Aviation Development and Investment Company (HNCA) announcing the start of cooperation for BAA Training China, Henan-based Joint Venture aviation training company in China.
