Medical examination is one of the most important Initial Pilot Assessment parts. For CPL and ATPL candidates, it is mandatory to hold 1st Class Medical Certificate. PPL candidates can hold 1st or 2nd Class Medical Certificate.
Steps to get the medical certificate:
- Step 1
- Get the following medical history certificates from the doctors in your place of residence: psychiatrist, narcologist, and a copy of the 5 year medical history. Certificates must be in English, Russian or Lithuanian language.
- Step 2
- Have BAA Training representatives register you and schedule the medical examination. Contact now!
- Step 3
- Travel to Lithuania.
- Step 4
- Participate in the medical examination at the Aviation Medicine Centre in Vilnius, Lithuania (cost ~270 EUR, payable in cash at the beginning of the visit, takes 1 to 2 days).
- Step 5
- Medical examination and initial applicant testing can be done simultaneously, while you are in the country.
