TECHNICAL SUPPORT SPECIALIST

Main responsibilities :

  • Administer and configure internal systems (Mybaa, Momook);
  • Internal/external product deployment;
  • Product testing, issue registration;
  • Technical Client support;
  • Technical documentation preparation.

Requirements:

  • At least 1 year of similar experience;
  • Enough skills to write SQL;
  • Not less than 1 year of cofiguring software experince;
  • Understand principles of SaaS software, web applications and services;
  • High stress resistance;
  • Result oriented attitude;
  • Good communication skills;
  • Creative problem solving skills.
