Aircrafts With the Most Colorful Liveries

This time we review airlines with the most colorful liveries. Here are some examples of both funny and beautiful Boeing and Airbus which appeared in the sky during the past few years.  

Swiss Hippy

The SWISS A340 earned its name as a Hippy because of its fuselage full of love and peace signs.

The Berlin bear

The Germanwings A319 is known as bearbus. Bear is the official symbol and ambassador of Berlin.

Western Pacific Simpsons

The Western Pacific painted Simpsons on its B737 in 1995! The whole Simspsons’ family was there on the yellow fuselage.

Air New Zealand All black and Hobit

Air New Zealand painted its B797 Dreramliner entirely black. The color was to honor the success of All-blacks (New Zealand’s national rugby team).

Another colorful livery of the company’s B777 featured Hobbit theme. There is no surprise because all parts of the movie were filmed in New Zealand.

All Nippon Airways Pokemon and Panda

The popularity of Japanese characters allowed them to appear on liveries of B767 and B747! 9 jets in total were in service with Pokemon on them.

The Icelandair’s B757 celebrates the magnificence of its home country. Aircraft not only features the spectacular Northern Lights on the outside, but also has unique cabin lighting mimicking this natural phenomenon.
